Sale of Dog Contract ***
AS BREEDER AND BUYER I/WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

PUPPIES:  Have had_____ wormings and had shot(s)  ______________ and/at _________________weeks of age

BREEDER:  Has in no way house broken or  trained the puppies.

Will furnish Registration application at the time of sale if available

If application is unavailable at the time of sale it will be mailed as soon as possible

Recommends keeping puppy on puppy food for one year. This puppy has been eating: _____________________ If the buyer would like to change puppy foods the Breeder recommends changing the food gradually and not within the first couple of weeks after purchase.

It is at the Breeders discretion to charge special prices, depending on the looks, sex, color or size of a puppy.  This must be agreed upon by both parties and signed below.

This puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours against sickness and or defects if these terms are met….

The puppy is taken to the vet within 48 hours of purchase.

If the veterinarian finds a problem with the puppy the Buyer notifies the Breeder immediately.

The Buyer must provide to the Breeder a statement from the veterinarian stating the problem

The Buyer must not wait until the puppy is sick to see a veterinarian

The Buyer must provide the veterinarian with a record of shots and de-wormers that the puppy has received

If the Buyer complies with these terms and a problem is found with the puppy within the 48 hours the Breeder will provide another puppy of the same value(this could take up to a year.) as soon as one is available.

The Breeder is not responsible for any expenses from the veterinarian including office call, exam, or any medications.  If a problem arises with the puppy within the 48 hours the Breeder must be notified before any action is taken or the contract is void.  If the puppy becomes sick and the veterarian recommends euthanasia the Breeder must be notified prior to any action.  If any of these terms are not met by the Buyer then this contract is void and the puppy and all charges become the responsibility of the Buyer.

  *** Dogs that are shipped, are taken to the vet, within 10 days of shipping, if found healthy this puppy becomes your puppy. If this puppy should be found to have a life threatening genetic disorder after you have received it, I will replace the puppy with one of equal value,when it becomes available (up to a year), after receiving written statement from your veterinarian as to the life threatening disorder. Shipping for the replacement puppy will be paid by the buyer, which is approx. $250.
